Returns and exchanges
Return of merchandise is not permitted without our prior approval. All return must be made within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be shipped freight pre-paid.
Special Order
Non-stock items and custom made items are not cancelable or returnable. Also, all deposits or payments toward such items are non-refundable.
Freight Policy
All shipments are shipped UPS or Parcel Post. All shipments are F.O.B. Kalispell, MT.
Loss and Damage Claims: Claims for lost shipment or for damages to merhandise incurred in transit must be filed with the carrier. Claims for shortage in any shipment will be honored after five working days for the date of shipment. Inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt.
